How Jeddo George Meal Prep Actually Works

You wake up. Your meals are already at your door. That's the short version. Here's the longer one.

It starts the night before

Every evening, our kitchen team in Al Quoz begins prepping tomorrow's meals. Vegetables are washed and chopped. Proteins are marinated. Grains are measured. Every recipe follows the same method our family has used for generations: no shortcuts, no frozen ingredients, no added preservatives.

By midnight, cooking is in full swing. The kitchen smells like garlic, sumac, and slow-cooked onions. This isn't a factory line. It's a family kitchen scaled up, but never stripped down.

Sealed and packed before sunrise

Once each meal is cooked, it's portioned into food-grade containers, sealed for freshness, and labeled with your name, your plan, and your calorie tier. Every container is checked before it goes into the delivery bag.

We pack breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and a fresh side salad: depending on your plan. Everything is ready to eat. No reheating required for most items, though some taste even better warmed up.

Delivered to your door by morning

Our drivers start routes across the UAE before dawn. Whether you're in Dubai Marina, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, or Ras Al Khaimah: your meals arrive before your alarm goes off.

You don't need to be home. Just tell us where to leave your bag: at your door, with your building reception, or in a cooler bag outside. We've done this thousands of times.

What makes it different

Most meal prep companies cook in bulk and freeze. We don't. Every meal is fresh, every single day.

Most meal prep companies give you bland chicken and rice. We give you kebbeh labanieh, riz 3a djej, fattoush, and labneh.

Most meal prep companies make you commit to long contracts. We don't. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime. No fees.

Three plans, one philosophy

The Original: the full Lebanese table. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, two snacks, and a side salad. 1,400–2,150 calories. From AED 77/day.

The Low Cal: same flavors, portioned carefully. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, one snack, and a side salad. 1,150–1,550 calories. From AED 76/day.

The Low Carb High Protein: lean proteins and fresh vegetables, no rice or bread. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. 1,000–1,500 calories. From AED 107/day.

All delivered fresh. All made from scratch. All rooted in three generations of Lebanese home cooking.
